Former Greenacres family law practitioner Kathleen M.P. Davis is challenging her disbarment, claiming she unfairly lost her law license after the Florida Bar failed to properly notify her of the disciplinary hearing.
Even if Davis was properly noticed about the Jan. 17, 2012, hearing, she wouldn’t have been able to attend. She was hospitalized with a life-threatening blood disorder.
