Apparently, Miami-Dade County Commissioner Javier Souto, up for reelection, likes giving police presents, so says his latest campaign flyer sent to homes in his district.
His recent campaign flyer, sent to homes within his district 10, which includes parts of Kendall, Westchester and Fontainebleau, was riddled with grammar errors leaving one to wonder, is anyone reading this before sending them out?

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has raised millions for the ALS Association, not to mention awareness.
According to published reports, People have shared more than 1.2 million videos on Facebook between June 1 and Aug. 13 and mentioned the phenomenon more than 2.2 million times on Twitter since July 29, according to those sites. Donations to the ALS Association have spiked. As of Sunday, the association said it had received $13.3 million in donations since July 29, compared with $1.7 million during the same period last year.
It has led to some very creative videos, such as this one by the rock band Foo Fighters recreating the famous prom scene from 1976′s “Carrie.” Dave Grohl took the part of Sissy Spacek, but instead of blood, it was ice water. You can view it here
There have also been some outstanding fails. Who knew dumping ice water over your head, or someone elses head to raise awarness for a good cause could be so hard?
