An equipment technician who said he was severely injured by a falling LCD screen prior to Miami’s Ultra Music Festival has filed suit.
Joey Green filed the negligence lawsuit on Feb. 10 in Miami-Dade Circuit Court against Ultra Music Festival Corp. and numerous others. Green was one of two workers injured when a portion of a large LCD screen collapsed during the start of the festival last March.
