Paul Zelenkofske has joined Shavell & Co., an accounting firm in Boca Raton, as special projects director. He was president and chief executive officer of Zelenkofske Axelrod & Co. May 16 Peter Huwyler, chairman of the board of directors of Mercantil Bank Schweiz in Zurich, has been named to the board of directors of Mercantil Commercebank in Miami along with Francis Rooney, chief executive officer of Rooney Holdings.

Jeremy Weinstein has been named vice president of marketing for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. Weinstein was director of slot marketing for the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Jamie Ortega Jr. and Isabel M. Gomez have joined Apollo Bank’s international banking practice in Miami. Ortega joins the bank as senior vice president and head of the global banking practice. He was senior vice president of Banco Exterior de España/Argentaria’s Miami agency. Gomez is now vice president and global banking officer of the bank. She was senior vice president of TotalBank.
Louis-Albert H. Jolivert and Patrick Morris have joined Sabadell United Bank. Joliver joins as senior vice president of the bank. He was senior director of BNY Mellon Wealth Management. Morris joins as vice president and professional banker. He was vice president and chief development officer of the YMCA of Greater Miami.

She was assistant vice president and branch business banker of BankUnited. Rodriguez and Ferretjans are banking and business development officers. Rodriguez was a small business banker with City National Bank of Florida. Ferretjans was a licensed banker with JPMorgan Chase.
