K&L Gates partners Clayton Parker and John Owens handled a $75 million acquisition on behalf of FTE Networks Inc., a network infrastructure provider based in Naples.
The Miami lawyers led negotiations for the public company’s purchase of Benchmark Builders Inc., a construction management firm and general contractor based in New York. FTE, which serves the technology and communications industries, joined forces with Benchmark in a deal that closed April 25.
