Holland & Knight partner Vivian de las Cuevas-Diaz and associate Jorge Escobar advised developer Edgewater Two LLC on a $16.3 million construction loan for its latest condominium project in one of Miami’s most bustling neighborhoods.
The team worked with Edgewater Two, an affiliate of developer Alejandro Goldemberg’s Miami-based Stripey Real Estate Development in the deal with St. Petersburg-based C1 Bank.
