The Deal: The attorneys with Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson represented minority partner Grass River Property in the $110 million acquisition of the Shops at Sunset Place in South Miami. They also represented the joint venture of Grass River and the Comras Co., the second minority partner, in negotiating a deal with Federal Realty Investment Trust, which purchased the majority interest.
