The Deal: The executives of West Palm Beach-based Calidus Holdings LLC teamed with Pebb Capital and Pragma Investments Inc. to form a joint venture, Collegium Capital Partners, and acquire a $43.5 million portfolio of student housing from LB-RPR I Asset Holdings LLC and LB-RPR Talley REO Holdings LLC near Florida State University in Tallahassee. The deal closed Aug. 7.
