We can all breathe a sigh of relief and focus instead on a question that litigators who rely on expert testimony often face: how much of the expert evidence can the trier of fact possibly understand and retain when the expert testimony comes in nonconsecutive pieces and where the time between each piece can go from days to weeks and even months?
