A New York court upheld a finding that a fatal heart attack was directly related to the stress of running a grocery store on Super Bowl Sunday, holding that the Workers' Compensation Board acted within its discretion in according substantial weight to a medical expert's opinion that the acting store manager's heart attack was work-related.
