A month after being hit with a foreclosure lawsuit, the owner of the Yacht Club at Delray Beach has turned over the marina to its lender.
Pittsford, New York-based Morgan Yacht Club of Del Ray LLC filed a deed in lieu of foreclosure Aug. 23 transferring ownership of the 110 MacFarlane Drive site to OB Florida CRE Holdings LLC, according to Palm Beach County records. The county recorded the transaction Thursday, which had a consideration value of $17.48 million.
