Warning to Miccosukees: "Gentlemen, ladies, conduct yourselves professionally"

Judge John Thornton struck a pleading by the Miccosukee tribe in its malpractice suit against the Lewis Tein law firm saying a supplemental filing in the case "was not a professional document."
