Hogan Lovells lawyers negotiate $387 million deals for Ecuador mass transit

Miguel Zaldivar and Gaston Fernandez helped Ecuador obtain a $260 million loan facility to build a 14-mile line in Quito and a $127 million for a 6.7-mile line in Cuenca.
