Miami's Hotel Sofitel purchased for $22 million

Blue Lagoon Owner Co LLC, which is managed by Chicago-based GEM Realty Capital Inc., sold the hotel at 5800 Blue Lagoon Drive to a company managed by Los Angeles-based Laurus Corp.
