Judge Kenneth Marra says 'Santa Claus is Coming to Town' copyright suit came to wrong town

Everyone knows Santa doesn't hang out in Florida. A West Palm Beach federal judge made it official when he rejected a lawsuit by the heirs of the songwriters of "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" against EMI Feist Catalogue for lack of jurisdiction.
