Sagamore Hotel gets short reprieve in bankruptcy court

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge A. Jay Cristol sided with Miami Beach's Sagamore Hotel in a battle with its lender, which is trying to foreclose. However, the hotel's owner may only get a 10-day reprieve to cure a defaulted loan.
