Judge dismisses Rothstein clawback suit against Dan Marino Foundation

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray,ruled that the donations made to the Dan Marino Foundation were either made from Scott Rothstein's personal account, not from his law firm, or were entered into in good faith by the foundation.
