Board of Contributors: Fees for fees provision in contracts now enforceable

Attorneys Scott Weires and Eric Neuman write that as long as the fee provision at issue can be construed broadly enough to encompass such fees — and most already are — fees incurred to prepare for and attend the evidentiary fee determination hearing should be recoverable.
