Palm Beach, Broward counties allowed to sue Gov. Scott over gun law

A judge will allow Palm Beach and Broward counties to pursue a lawsuit against Governor Rick Scott challenging a law authorizing him to remove elected officials from office if they pass any gun regulations that are stricter than state standards.
