Judge refuses to hear sick inmate's bid for release

Defense attorney Marc Seitles told the Daily Business Review that a federal judge denied his client Ronald Bowsky's request to hold a hearing on why the U.S. Bureau of Prisons has refused to file a motion on his behalf for an early release on compassionate grounds.
