Apartment developer gets $39 million construction loan

Developer CRP-GREP College Crossings has obtained a nearly $39 million construction loan to build a 376-unit Class A apartment complex on a 15.49-acre property at 6200 Reese Road, off Davie Road and Interstate 595.
