3rd DCA ejects $3 million award against hospital

Rosalia Gonzalez sued Mount Sinai Medical Center when her husband fell near the bus stop, broke his hip and ultimately died after being hospitalized. The jury awarded $6 million, which the trial court reduced to $3 million on Mount Sinai's motion.
