Calusa Country Club developer gives up on persuasion, files lawsuit against homeowners instead

After two years of unsuccessful talks with their neighbors, the owners of the former Calusa Country Club golf course have filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade Circuit Court hoping to remove a land-use roadblock to a planned redevelopment of the course into a senior housing facility.
