'The Situation' sues promoter for breach of contract

Reality star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino of "The Jersey Shore" is seeking $60,000 in appearance fees under an allegedly broken contract with an entertainment company that landed him a deal with a Las Vegas celebrity lollipop maker.
