Justice Watch: Fired Microsoft whistle-blower alleges scheme to defraud clients

A month after Myrna Pinto was fired by Microsoft, she won the Circle of Excellence award for outstanding sales numbers. In a federal lawsuit, she alleges she was fired for bringing what she considered questionable sales practices to the attention of her supervisors in violation of Florida's Whistleblower Protection Act.
