All but two South Florida judges keep seats, four races head to runoffs

Judge Ana Maria Pando was narrowly defeated while facing state ethics charges and all four judicial races involving more than two candidates produced runoffs for a Broward circuit seat, two Broward County court seats and one Miami-Dade County court race.
