Greenberg Traurig officially filed a notice of withdrawal as counsel to TD Bank in the Scott Rothstein bankruptcy case. A move that was not unexpected. Greenberg has been replaced by the law firms of Philadelphia-based McGuire Woods and the national firm Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman.
