Broker helped get $26.8M construction loan

Carolyn Whatley, mortgage broker and director of Washington, D.C.-based Love Funding's Palm Beach Gardens office, helped Atlanta-based Wood Partners obtain a $26.8 million construction loan to build a 240-apartment complex in northern Miami-Dade County.
