The husband of a Miami-Dade county court judge has filed a lawsuit against the prosecutor challenging her in the August election, trying to get him removed from the ballot because he claimed to be worth more than he is.

Rodolfo Pedraza, husband of Judge Patricia Marino-Pedraza, sued Frank Hernandez and the county elections supervisor, claiming Hernandez didn’t include his home mortgages as a liability when he filled out the financial disclosure form required of all judicial candidates.
