Pacenti's Rant: Clerk of Courts budget cuts

Thanks for telling it like it is. What about the public defenders? What about the courts? It goes on and on. The Legislature doesn't want due process. It wants to run it all. The courts get in the way and this is how they deal with it, but gutting their ability to operate. The courts shouldn't have to beg the Legislature for money. Time for a constitutional amendment!
