    I know very little about the details of this matter but one fact stands out: the appellate court reversed the lower court, thereby removing any finding of prosecutorial misconduct. But you treat this appellate finding as not legitimate and question the impartiality of the judge who authored the opinion. Whatever happened to the presumption of innocence?
