Latin balladeer Luis Miguel is sometimes referred to as “The Sun of Mexico,” but there’s a dark cloud hanging over his plans to purchase a Bal Harbour condo.
To put it in simple terms: Miguel claims design changes at the luxury St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort & Residences breached his purchase contract, and he wants his $1 million deposit back. The developer has declined.
