South Florida is seeing sustained demand for new warehouse space that is fueled by population growth and wealth migration.
That’s according to Brian Smith, JLL executive managing director and South Florida industrial lead, who says e-commerce and home deliveries also continue to grow compared to traditional brick-and-mortar shopping.
