John McCawley has been writing insurance claims handling software for over 25 years.  He has development experience in many business domains, including insurance, grants management, oil and gas, and healthcare.  John has led many aspects of software projects, including sales, analysis and design, implementation, client relations, and maintenance.

Daniel has deep roots in the insurance industry, starting with his father's career as a catastrophic insurance adjuster. He gained hands-on experience as a teenager traveling with his father to adjust property claims across the USA. Following Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Daniel became an independent adjuster and excelled as a wind and flood claims specialist, boasting an impressive closing ratio compared to his peers. While deeply involved in the claims industry, Daniel identified a gap: a lack of forensic engineering/expert firms operating with the same urgency and standards expected of adjusters and adjusting firms. In response, he founded Keystone Experts and Engineers in 2015, leveraging his expertise to create a unique business model that allowed for faster and more accurate claim investigations by experts. Keystone quickly established itself as a leader in the industry, surpassing established firms in volume and efficiency within just 30 days of its launch. Under Daniel's leadership, Keystone has experienced rapid growth, expanding its services from engineering to also include fire investigation and building consulting services.  Keystone's reach is nationwide and serves numerous national and regional clients, including those in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
